About Transitions' People Who Care Event
Each year more than 1,700 women and their children turn to Transitions for life-changing support. The People Who Care Event, a one-hour program at breakfast from 7:30-8:30am and lunch from Noon-1:00pm, is our major fundraiser to support these services. Last year alone, 82 women obtained housing, 31 women found employment, 23 women furthered their education, and 18 children enrolled in EduCare.
