Anonymous donors help Transitions through Inland Northwest Community Foundation

Transitions is proud to announce the receipt of two grants, both from Inland Northwest Community Foundation.  One grant was designated to be divided evenly between Miryam's House, Transitional Living Center, Women's Hearth, and New Leaf Bakery. The other, called Community Focus Trust, was awarded to EduCare and will be distributed over a 5-year period.  The grant was made by Inland Northwest Community Foundation on behalf of the Panhandle State Bank / Intermountain Community Bank which donated the fund at the bequest of a cherished client.  Transitions is thrilled to be recipient of these funds.
