Transitions would like to acknowledge American Family Insurance for their gift in support of the Women's Hearth. Their gift will go toward providing 100 to 150 women coming into the Hearth each day with a safe place to take care of personal hygiene; experience a respectful community; engage in activities that develop social growth; experience personal healing through the arts; and learn life-skills coupled with practical assistance to prepare for self-sufficiency.
