New Housing for Homeless Begins in Northwest Spokane

Our next step in our mission in working to end poverty and homelessness for women and children in Spokane is to build a community of 24 ultra-energy efficient cottages on the two acres of undeveloped land at the Transitional Living Center. View a PDF of the map here

Our project will provide permanent housing with supportive services to individuals and families who would otherwise be homeless and are in need of a hand up. View a video of the project here.

The work on our capital campaign to raise money for the project is finished and we are now in the process of acquiring federal and state funds to complete the project. We anticipate breaking ground in Fall 2017.
