Miryam's House is a residential program with nine private rooms and one apartment in a community living environment.
The Transitional Living Center is a residential program for homeless women with children. It has sixteen 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments.
Transitions also has 5 supportive apartments in various locations around Spokane funded by the Washington Families Fund (WFF).
The Chiara House is a duplex located adjacent to the Transitional Living Center with two rental apartments.
Tr Transitions has filled six permanent supportive housing units, three 3 bedroom, two 2 bedroom, and one 1 bedroom. These units, for women with children, are permanent homes for families and have support services.
In October 2018, Transitions completed construction of the Home Yard Cottages, permanent supportive housing for families and individuals in 24 cottages, with support services, playground, raised garden beds, and ultra-efficient units.
