  • Miryam's House is a residential program with nine private rooms and one apartment in a community living environment.

  • The Transitional Living Center is a residential program for homeless women with children. It has sixteen 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments.

  • Transitions also has 5 supportive apartments in various locations around Spokane funded by the Washington Families Fund (WFF).

  • The Chiara House is a duplex located adjacent to the Transitional Living Center with two rental apartments.

  • Transitions has filled six permanent supportive housing units, three 3 bedroom, two 2 bedroom, and one 1 bedroom. These units, for women with children, are permanent homes for families and have support services. 

  • In October 2018, Transitions completed construction of the Home Yard Cottages, permanent supportive housing for families and individuals in 24 cottages, with support services, playground, raised garden beds, and ultra-efficient units.
