Program wide, Transitions’ offers 44 housing units for homeless women and families.
Miryam’s House is a residential program with nine private rooms and one apartment in a community living environment. - The Women’s Hearth is a safe, welcoming, day center with three transitional apartments in the downtown area.
- The Transitional Living Center is a residential program for homeless women with children. It has sixteen 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments.
- Transitions’ also has 13 supportive apartments in various locations around Spokane funded by the Washington Families Fund (WFF) and THOR (Transitional Housing Operations & Rent).
- The Chiara House is a duplex located adjacent to Transitional Living Center with two rental apartments.
